GRAFIKA 30 artist of the young Spain
Is an exhibition of paintings, objects and editing several that explores the work of a diverse group of visual artists born in the 70 and 80, from different disciplines such as graffiti, painting murals or artwork, and occur in alternative urban culture.The Instituto Cervantes and Contemporary have gathered for this occasion fifty works on paper whose purpose is to approach the new century Spanish art. "Grafika" is thus an essential guide to learn first hand of those responsible in our country of that global movement called "urban art. " The exhibition is complemented by a documentary section consists of books, magazines, memorabilia, shirts, and objects made by these artists. It also includes an extensive documentary with previously unseen footage of the artists in action.After passing through Amman, "Grafika" will continue its tour of different seats of the Instituto Cervantes for the year 2011: Beirut (Lebanon), April 1-May 1, Cairo (Egypt), and Bordeaux (France) , Among others.
